All of our huts include solid oak floors & work tops, wood burning stove with log store, sound proofed roof, double glazing Georgian wooden windows, hardwood stable door, separate WC shower and bedroom areas as standard, large Belfast sink, and retro fridge as standard.

 

    Our huts are hand built using the finest grade Swedish timbers. Additional ply has been incorporated into the walls making our frames one of the most robust on the market. The floor, walls and roof are all wrapped in high quality breathable membrane. All walls are made from quality 4x2 CLS and is additionally battened to form a breathable cavity, creating a passive air flow on the outside of the insulation to keep everything dry for years to come. The cladding can be replaced or removed without compromising the structural integrity of the building.

All walls are insulated using 50mm insulation, the roof is sound proofed using 1oomm of rockwool insulation slabs, meaning a peaceful nights sleep during those rainy nights.

Internal walls are made from Swedish redwood cladding which is sprayed to a colour of your choice. Flooring is 18mm OSB which has 18mm solid oak bonded over. The bathroom door is a manufactured oak door. External cladding is 14mm shiplap as standard, although we do offer other cladding such as larch, cedar, oak (extra cost incurred).

Windows are double glazed joinery made Swedish redwood. The stable door is designed so the top can be opened and is made from a beautiful hardwood, all painted to a colour of your choice.

The kitchen is comprised of howdens fitted units with oak work tops, a full sized Belfast sink, with retro fridge/freezer, and a 2 ring ceramic hob. (We do offer a all year round, LPG water heater for those that have limited power available, usually £1200 fitted).

bathroom is made up of a flushable WC, separate 400mm vanity sink and mixer shower. 

​

As standard we install 5 double sockets, 3 internal lights and 2 external bulk head lights, the hot water is produced by an electric water heater which is placed under the sink, a consumer unit is placed in the kitchen base unit, everything is hidden away, out of view. 

​

King size bed, with a handy hidden cupboard at the foot of the bed.

The log burner is professionally fitted, and installed using the correct calcium silicates boards for maximum safety. our standard multi fuel appliances are "Defra/eco design" ready, and can be used in smoke controlled areas due to the lack of pollutants they produce. Built on a log store with twin wall flue pipe.

Roof tin is curved corrugated and can be painted to a colour of your choice by the manufactures which adds a beautiful leather affect coating. (additional cost of £100)

The chassis' we use are of unbeatable quality, manufactured by welders on the same industrial estate as us, these are tried and tested over many huts and are built to last for decades. Built with a steerable turntable axle, and with a long drawer bar

​

The above is included as standard in all our huts, extras such as bigger windows, more sockets etc can be easily added. 

​

All huts come with a 12 month warranty.
